List your property

Each host and property will have a separate profile and information available for monthly members. Start receiving offers
You will receive booking requests and questions from tenants interested in your property by e-mail and our website messaging system. Each booking request will come with the profile of the tenant. If you decide to accept the rental and approve the booking, we will send a payment request to the new tenant on your behalf.
As soon as we receive payment from the tenant, the booking is confirmed. Make sure the property is clean and you instruct the tenant on how to enter the apartment. We will send your payment in two to five working days. Remember that at the end of each stay the landlord and host should exchange comments, as maintaining a good relationship will help bring more guests in the future.
